Eva Ayllón, one of Peru’s most celebrated and beloved musicians, presents the country’s rich musical traditions. From a young age, she began her musical journey by participating in school competitions; later, she continued to conquer the stage via television and radio. Ayllón weaves together her native Peruvian, West African and Spanish influences in a unique style called Musica Criolla.
She is particularly celebrated for her performances of the Afro-Peruvian music and dance genres Landó and Festejo. With over 20 albums and continuous international tours, Eva Ayllón continues to be an icon in the music world.
