Rickard Söderberg meets Livgardets dragonmusikkår

A musical journey filled with glitter, glamour and opera.

Welcome to a concert performed by the Swedish Mounted Band of the Royal Lifeguards. Joining us on this musical journey is tenor Rickard Söderberg, known to many by his alias: Gaytenor. He is one of Sweden’s most versatile artists, with a stage presence that leaves no one unmoved.

Together with the Swedish Mounted Band of the Royal Lifeguards, Rickard performs everything from Wagner, Puccini, and Handel to… Queen!

This annual concert is arranged in partnership between the Föreningen för den Beridna Högvakten (Association of the Mounted High Guard) and the Swedish Mounted Band of the Royal Lifeguards, which is one of the Swedish Armed Forces’ three professional orchestras, consisting of 27 brass players and three percussionists. Music director Joakim Unander conducts the Swedish Mounted Band of the Royal Lifeguards.
