Rufus Wainwright is one of the most fascinating and acclaimed artists of recent decades. Twenty years ago, he released his self-titled debut album which would prove to change everything for the American-Canadian Wainwright – and that is worth celebrating! Wainwright and his band will be appearing on iconic stages such as the Royal Albert Hall in London, Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow – and Konserthuset Stockholm! At this concert, we will get to hear songs from his debut and Poses from 2001. This is guaranteed to be an unforgettable evening of music!

Wainwright describes the upcoming tour as follows:

Rufus Wainwright is beloved and celebrated, acclaimed and Grammy-nominated. He has released eight studio albums, three DVDs and three live albums. He has worked with musicians like Elton John, David Byrne, Mark Ronson, Joni Mitchell and Burt Bacharach. Already at age 14, he was named Canada’s best young musician and also won “Best Alternative Album” at the huge Canadian Juno Awards gala. Since then, his career has launched straight upwards.
