Kulturnatt Stockholm – Selma Pinton Quartet

Selma Pinton Quartet plays its own music by singer Selma Pinton as well as songs from the jazz standard repertoire with a new twist. Musically, the quartet moves in a spectrum ranging from scaled back and intimate, to weighty swing with a grandiose sound. The quartet is composed of Selma Pinton, vocals, Max Agnas, piano, Gabriel Lundh, bass and Nils Agnas, drums.

All members studied together at the Södra Latin music upper secondary school, but are now spread across Sweden to study music full time. They have already become known, even internationally, as some of the younger generation’s most compelling jazz musicians!
