This dazzling show includes many classic Christmas carols.
Christmas is the holiday of music! Welcome to Konserthuset’s big Christmas concert, a radiantly wonderful show with many beloved classic Christmas carols and favourites from the American tradition.
Together with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, this year’s concert will feature acclaimed soprano Elin Rombo, noted for a series of praised roles at the Royal Swedish Opera, and bass singer Henning von Schulman, for many years a top soloist at the opera in Copenhagen. They are joined by the well-known musical theatre actor and singer Malena Laszlo and the soul and gospel singer Samuel Ljungblahd.
The Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and the choir are led by Alexander Hanson. This year’s Christmas Concert is hosted by Stefan Forsberg, Konserthuset’s Executive and Artistic Director.
