Merregnon: Ikari
Ikari is sweet and good-natured, but also a little mysterious. Even if her voice is as clear and light as her feathers, she carries a heavy burden. In Merregnon: Land of Silence, we hear her melody change as the story progresses, reflecting the entire land more and more.

Ikari is a bird, so the light tone of the flute is perfect for describing her character. There are many different kinds of flutes, and a traditional transverse flute – the C flute – and piccolo, which reaches the very highest register, are both used to portray Ikari.
In Merregnon: Land of Silence, Miru embarks on an unforgettable adventure together with her childhood friend Hikito and the loyal dog Mako. Their goal is to find out what is plaguing the Land of Silence, Merregnon. Merregnon is a symphonic tale of courage, perseverance, solidarity and freedom.
The fantastical world is painted with captivating melodies and symphonic sounds. As in Sergei Prokofiev’s classical musical tale, Peter and the Wolf, each character is portrayed by a distinct theme played by one of the orchestra’s various instruments.
The music is composed by Yoko Shimomura, one of the most prominent video game music composers of our time. She composed the music for internationally best-selling games like Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy XV.
