About the video
- Webb premiere 19 May 2021.
On Wednesday May 19th the Ericsson Globe Arena changed the name to Avicii Arena. One of Stockholm’s most well-known landmarks is thereby named after one of Sweden’s greatest international stars ever.
The name change was part of an ambitious drive by Stockholm Live and Tim Bergling Foundation with partners. Apart from the usual activities of concerts, sports events and similar, the iconic building will also serve as a meeting place in relation to the work on mental health conditions and confidence in the future among young people.
The aspiration is to contribute in reducing mental health conditions among the young in Sweden, and to get more people engaged in the change.
In connection with the name change and launch of the initiative, the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic has recorded a new interpretation of the Avicii song For a better day, sung by 14 year-old Ella Tiritiello. The orchestral arrangement was made by Erik Arvinder, who also leads the orchestra.
