Cecilia Hutnik

Belgian cellist Cecilia Hutnik grew up in a musical family, with both parents being professional musicians. She earned her bachelor’s degree in San Sebastián, Spain, at Musikene – Centro Superior de Música del País Vasco. She then continued her studies in Oslo at the Norwegian Academy of Music, followed by a master’s degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam under Gideon den Herder and Mick Stirling. Cecilia has had success in several competitions, particularly in Spain. She is a member of the Spanish National Youth Orchestra (Joven Orquesta Nacional de España) and has played with orchestras such as the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, Nederlands Philharmonisch Orkest and Bilbao Orkestra Sinfonikoa.
