Prices and terms

Main Hall

All prices listed below are exclusive of VAT and are valid until December 31, 2025.

Hall Rental Monday-Tuesday

Base rental (8 hours): 75.000 SEK

Hall Rental Wednesday-Sunday/Public Holidays

Base rental (8 hours): 85.000 SEK

Included in the above price:

• Empty stage
• Three (3) artist dressing rooms, one (1) smaller changing room, and the public foyers of the Main Hall
• One (1) stage manager for the entire event
• General lighting and pre-set existing lights (no custom lighting design)
• Wired microphone for announcements (not for singing)
• Staffing of ushers and optional staffed cloakroom for a maximum of four (4) hours
• Staffing of intermission service for public ticket sales, carried out by the contracted catering company of the Stockholm Concert Hall
• General cleaning

The hall rental also includes two agreed meetings, such as tours of the Concert Hall. Additional planning and meeting time on-site beyond these two meetings is charged at 500 SEK per started hour.

Additional Rental Time

Rental time refers to the total period the tenant has access to the venue, including load-in and load-out. If the tenant wishes to add rental time beyond the 8 hours included in the base rental, the following hourly rates apply (per started hour):

Monday-Tuesday

• Hall rental only 7.00-23.00: 5.000 SEK/hour
• Hall rental only 23.00-7.00: 11.000 SEK/hour
• Ushers only: 8.000 SEK/hour

Wednesday-Sunday/Public Holidays

• Hall rental only 7.00-23.00: 6.000 SEK/hour
• Hall rental only 23.00-7.00: 12.000 SEK/hour
• Ushers only: 8.000 SEK/hour

Overtime Surcharge

For overtime (additional non-agreed hours), standard hourly rates apply as listed above, plus an additional surcharge of 10.000 SEK per started hour.

Rental of Technical Equipment/Technical Staff

• The stage in the Main Hall measures 17 x 12 meters and features 32 hydraulic lifting platforms for total flexibility.
• Additional costs apply for sound, lighting, and/or video equipment from Stockholm Concert Hall, as well as for technicians.
• Existing PA system and sound technician from 18.500 SEK.
• Existing lighting rig and lighting technician from 20.500 SEK.
• Custom quote available upon request.

Ticket Sales

For events with public ticket sales, ticketing must be handled by Stockholm Concert Hall according to the agreement. A ticket fee of 10 SEK per ticket and 5% of the total sales amount will be charged.

Event information will be published on konserthuset.se for ticketed events.

The Main Hall has a total capacity of 1754 seats. For amplified events, the maximum capacity is reduced to 1504 seats due to technical reasons. The specified capacity includes a number of seats with obstructed or partially obstructed views due to pillars (see seating plan, opens in a new window). Konserthuset Stockholm reserves ten (10) fixed seats for all events.

Konserthuset Stockholm is the data controller for all personal data processing related to ticket purchases. For more information, see Privacy policy. Konserthuset Stockholm does not disclose ticket buyers' personal data to the tenant (third party).

Deposit

A deposit of 10% of the estimated rental cost, i.e., hall rental plus any additional rental time, is due upon signing the contract. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Prepayment

40% of the estimated rental cost, i.e., hall rental plus any additional rental time, must be paid via invoice no later than 90 days before the event date according to the agreement.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are in accordance with the agreement.

Preliminary bookings can be made free of charge. A final booking must be completed within four (4) weeks after the preliminary booking. Otherwise, the preliminary booking will automatically be removed from the booking system.
