Prices and Terms.
Grünewald Hall
All prices listed below are exclusive of VAT and are valid until 31 December 2025.
Hall Rental Monday-Tuesday
- Half-day (4 hours): 23.000 SEK
- Full-day (8 hours): 29.000 SEK
Hall Rental Wednesday-Sunday/Public Holidays:
- Half-day (4 hours): 27.000 SEK
- Full-day (8 hours): 38.000 SEK
Included in the above prices:
- Empty stage
- Standard seating arrangement on the main floor
- Three (3) artist dressing rooms and the public foyer of Grünewald Hall
- One (1) stage manager for the entire rental period
- General lighting and pre-set existing lights (no custom lighting design)
- Wired microphone for announcements (not for singing)
- Staffing of ushers and optional staffed cloakroom for a maximum of four (4) hours during the event
- Staffing of intermission service for public ticket sales, carried out by the contracted catering company of Konserthuset Stockholm
- General cleaning
The hall rental also includes two scheduled meetings, such as tours of Konserthuset Stockholm. Additional planning and meeting time on-site beyond these two meetings is charged at 500 SEK per started hour.
Additional Rental Time
Rental time refers to the total period the tenant has access to the venue, including load-in and load-out. If the tenant wishes to extend the rental time beyond the 4 or 8 hours included in the hall rental, the following hourly rates apply (per started hour):
Monday-Sunday/Public Holidays
- Hall rental only 7.00-23.00: 4.000 SEK/hour
- Hall rental only 23.00-7.00: 9.000 SEK/hour
- Ushers only: 3.000 SEK/hour
Overtime Surcharge
For overtime (additional non-agreed hours), standard hourly rates apply as listed above, plus an additional surcharge of 10.000 SEK per started hour.
Rental of Technical Equipment/Technical Staff
- Additional costs apply for sound, lighting, and/or video equipment from Konserthuset Stockholm, as well as for technicians.
- Existing PA system and sound technician from 12.000 SEK.
- Existing lighting rig and lighting technician from 12.000 SEK.
- Custom quote available upon request.
Ticket Sales
For events with public ticket sales, ticketing must be handled by Konserthuset Stockholm according to the agreement. A ticket fee of 10 SEK per ticket and 5% of the total sales amount will be charged. Event information will be published on konserthuset.se.
Grünewald Hall has a total capacity of 460 seats, divided as follows: main floor (up to 280 seats, depending on stage size and technical setup), balcony (up to 180 seats). Konserthuset Stockholm reserves six (6) fixed seats for all events.

Konserthuset Stockholm is the data controller for all personal data processing related to ticket purchases. For more information, see Privacy policy. Konserthuset Stockholm does not disclose ticket buyers' personal data to the tenant (third party).
Deposit
A deposit of 10% of the estimated rental cost, i.e., hall rental plus any additional rental time, is due upon signing the contract. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Prepayment
40% of the estimated rental cost, i.e., hall rental plus any additional rental time, must be paid via invoice no later than 90 days before the event date according to the agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are in accordance with the agreement.

Preliminary bookings can be made free of charge. A final booking must be confirmed within four (4) weeks after the preliminary booking. Otherwise, the preliminary booking will automatically be removed from the booking system.
