On the third floor of Konserthuset Stockholm, you will find the Boardroom, a room in the signature concert hall blue with an impressive mahogany board table designed by Carl Malmsten. It is the perfect spot in the city center for a departmental conference, meeting, or interview.
For 23 years, this room served as the office of the legendary Konserthuset Stockholm director Johannes Norrby. World-famous conductors and artists were paid their fees in cash here. The money was stored in the safe hidden behind the tiled stove door.
