What types of events are commonly hosted at your venue?

The Main Hall is perfect for concerts, as well as galas, award ceremonies, conferences, AGMs, and corporate events. The Grünewald Hall, famous for its beauty and Isaac Grünewald’s artwork, is a versatile space suited for receptions, dinners, concerts, meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. The Aulin Hall is a modern, bright room ideal for meetings, presentations, smaller concerts, auditions, and similar intimate events.

How do I hire a venue at Konserthuset Stockholm?

Please use our booking form and include details about your desired hall, event type, preferred date or period, and your contact information. A clear description of your event will facilitate our communication.

Can I visit Konserthuset for a tour before hiring?

Certainly! We would be delighted to show our venues in order to help you plan your event. Please use the booking form to book a meeting for your visit. 

What does it cost to hire a hall?

You can make a provisional booking free of charge, valid for up to four weeks. If not confirmed within this period, the booking expires. Prices and conditions are available on each hall’s page. Please contact us for a tailored quote based on your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are subject to the contractual terms once the agreement has been signed. Please contact us for details specific to your booking.

Is staffing provided during the event?

All ushers are arranged by Konserthuset. We ensure that we have the necessary personnel for a safe and well-organised event.

Is sound and lighting equipment available in your halls?

Yes, technical solutions for sound and lighting are available in all halls. Please contact us for more information.

Is sound and lighting equipment included in the venue rental?

No, it is not included in the base rent but can be rented through Konserthuset. We will help you find the best and most cost-effective solution.

What technical support is available during the event?

Technical support can be arranged as an additional service and customised to your needs. Please contact us to discuss your specific technical requirements.

Is pyrotechnics allowed at Konserthuset?

No, for safety reasons, pyrotechnics are not permitted.

How are tickets sold for my event?

Tickets can be released once the agreement is signed, the deposit paid, and the ticketing appendix completed. Please allow at least 10 working days for final preparations after these documents are received.

Can I sell tickets through my own channels?

No, all tickets for your event are sold and managed exclusively through Konserthuset Stockholm to ensure smooth and secure ticketing.

Is there a ticket fee?

Yes, a fee of SEK 10 per ticket plus 5% of the total sales excluding VAT applies.

Will my event be advertised on the Konserthuset’s website?

Yes, if you’re selling tickets publicly, your event will be featured in our calendar on the website.

Can I access my ticket buyers' personal data?

Konserthuset Stockholm handles all ticket buyer data, which cannot be shared for privacy reasons. Read more

Can I host a reception alongside my event?

Absolutely – we partner with a carefully selected catering provider to ensure high-quality service for all food and beverage needs, including alcohol service.

Can I sell merchandise at my event?

Yes, we can arrange this. Full details on merchandise sales will be provided in the agreement.

I have sponsors; can they display their products during the event?

Yes, but all product displays require prior approval from Konserthuset to ensure they align with our guidelines.

Are your venues accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, all of our halls are fully accessible. Read more

Is there parking available at Konserthuset?

Street parking around Konserthuset is limited. We recommend using public transport or nearby parking garage. Read more

Is Konserthuset subject to the Police Authority's bag ban?

Currently, we are not subject to a bag ban, but we ask visitors to avoid bringing large bags. Bags larger than 40x40x20 cm must be stored in our cloakrooms.
